Leonardo a renaissance man!

Although Leonardo Da Vinci was illeterate his knowledge had given everyone a better understanding about the world around us. One of his arts was the 'Vitruvian Man' which showed us the proportions of the human body. He proved to us that no matter what we do the proportions of the human body remain the same. We can see this in all his paintings. The characters that Leonardo Da Vinci paints all look soo real that we can see every muscle line. He was not only was an artist but a scientist as well. He had dissected many bodies showing what the bodies of the humans look like from the inside. His studies and notes have influenced alot of doctors and teachers from around the world during the renaissance. He had proved his reasonings using scientific facts which had affected the church by losing its power. His geniusness still inspires most of us and is still considered to have played a major role in the Renaissance. He affected how we all thought scientifically rather than superstition and changed the world with his ideas. He truly was a hero, a Renaissance man!!
